It’s a pleasure for us to help you as Insurance Professionals. I love what I do and have had the opportunity to help thousands upon thousands of individuals since 2006! We have worked diligently to prepare ourselves to be outstanding advocates on your behalf and provide you with the education and support you are seeking. Many people ask us why we wear these super bright shirts. The simple answer is that we want you to remember us and be able to find us any time you have a need.
“Our shirts represent that we are not hiding from anyone! We’re here to help.”
Almost 10 years ago, about the time my Father was turning 65, I learned about Medicare. I too was surprised when I found out even though it is more or less a “Mandatory” insurance program, there are still many different options for each person to choose amongst. I have a background as an educator and found I really enjoyed teaching and helping people choose their health insurance programs. I began working as an employee of United Healthcare and did that for the first year. After I got a better feel for the industry, I realized that if I only represented one insurance carrier then I couldn’t help people choose amongst the best plans available.
I went out on a limb and worked to become an Independent Agent, and now as a Team, we represent every single Medicare Advantage Plan Type available to the General Public in the State of Utah and other great products in many other states. I found that I was able to really make a difference in people’s lives and I started sharing my success with other people I really trusted. I love helping agents on our team to become experts in the field. We have built a very strong foundation to analyze each client’s needs, aid them in their decision, and provide continuing support over time.
As I reflect on the great things we’ve done I remember that “Once upon a time” I was able to get out and meet with all of my clients in their homes. Recently, however, I have realized that I need to spend the majority of my time supporting our team and coordinating opportunities and systems to get you the best help possible. Please still feel free to reach out to me (here through the website or by calling) and Sandi will set us up an appointment in our office if possible. Probably the most unique thing about our Awesome Team is that we truly are…… a TEAM! We all share in this business and are glad to help you in any way we can! When you encounter any one of us in the Gold Shirts we will be able to lend a hand.
My Younger Years: I was born in Queens, New York just after my Dad started his career with Citi Bank in the late1960’s. As a family, we were able to travel much of the world due to Dad’s business assignments. We lived in South and Central America, Lebanon, Paris, Houston, and the Persian Gulf. Eventually, when I was in Jr. High, my father quit the banking industry and we moved to Morgan, Utah where I finished high school. I attended a year of college, spent two years in Brazil, and finished school at Weber State College where I received my Bachelors Degree in Family Studies with an emphasis in Sales & Service Technology.
My life, like so many individuals, has had some great triumphs and some heartbreaking setbacks. Through it all, I have found I have a gift for helping, educating, serving, and gathering wonderful people together! Quite happily, life got a lot better for me a couple of years back when I realized that I too am just one imperfect person and as I keep trying, and with all of us pitching in, we can make a huge impact for all of us!
Hi! I’m Ann. I’ve been an insurance agent since 2015 and I love it! I love being able to help people sort out the confusion and complexity of medicare and healthcare. It truly makes me happy when I can help people get the coverage they need and the benefits they qualify for. I love this great team that I work with. I have learned so much from them and know that I can find any help and support I need from them.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Family Science. Honestly, I’ve used the Family Science more than the Business Degree over the past 17 years as a full-time stay at home mom. My husband and I have been married for 21 years and we have 5 kids. We struggled to get them here back when we were first married…but then they all wanted to come together! We had 5 kids in 5 1/2 years. It has been a crazy, fun, amazing, blessed time. I love being a mother!
I had the opportunity to care for my mother a few years back while she was struggling with Parkinson’s disease. She passed away in 2017 after fighting it for 12 years. I know how confusing Medicare can be with the crazy amount of information and ads that come in the mail; and I know how hard it is to be the full-time care-giver while also being a full-time wife and mother. They call it the “sandwich generation” – caring for aging parents while still raising your own family. I can truly empathize with anyone dealing with this situation. It is so hard!
I love this opportunity to be an insurance agent because it is something I can do while the kids are in school and I can still be a full-time mom. My family is the most important thing to me. And this opportunity has blessed our family so much! I look forward to being able to help you with your insurance needs! Call me!
Hi! I’m Sydnie. I have always loved to serve and help the people of this community. There is nothing more rewarding than changing people’s lives for the better! That’s why I chose to do this job. I love being able to inform people about their choices when it comes to their health insurance and be able to help someone feel confident in their decision.
A little bit about me… I am married to my best friend Justin who supports me in all that I do! We also have a dog named Rosie who we absolutely adore! I love doing anything that involves being outdoors or spending good quality time with friends and family.

Do I have enough money to retire?
How can I “stretch” what I have to make it last as long as I last?
How much can I take out of my funds each year and not run out of money?
Will my social security be taxed (probably)…and how can I minimize these taxes?
When is the best time to take social security?
Which accounts are best to draw from first to control taxes?
How do I avoid market risk, yet still grow my funds?
Where can I “buy” guaranteed lifetime income?
Am I “penalized” for working in retirement?
How do I protect my savings from inflation?
Do I need life insurance in retirement?
What is my plan for Long Term Care?
Is a Reverse Mortgage a good idea?
Answers to these and other important questions can bring great peace of mind and help produce the happiness sought by all in their “Golden Years”. Kent is anxious and well qualified to help.

I have been helping people in the Health Insurance and Real Estate industries for the past 12 years and have also worked in the Telecommunications Industry for the past 22 years. I am amazed at how much I enjoy my visits with all of the people I get to meet. It has been so rewarding to work with our clients and make a difference in their lives; many of which have become great friends! I am so happy I have been able to help my parents wade through the abyss of Medicare information and decipher what they needed and ensure they are on the right plan for their specific health needs and financial situation.
I have enjoyed supporting Max as he has tirelessly built InsuranceSolutns.com from the ground up. He has assisted other like-minded people establish a fulfilling career as they too have become experts in helping and educating individuals while consistently bettering our community. I am always looking for new opportunities to alleviate the stress and concerns of those in need. In doing this I have dedicated countless hours at food pantries in helping to fight hunger in our communities. I have been married to my sweetheart, Max, for over 6 years and we have a blended family which consists of a crazy and fun blend of: six children, two sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law, two grandchildren, six chickens (our pretty girls), three grand-dogs, two grand-bunnies and now our new Bernedoodle puppy. I enjoy playing all types of sports, love the mountains and the ocean, enjoy watching soccer, and love spending time with my family.
Thank YOU for letting us lend a hand!
I graduated from WSU in 1994. I have been serving the Senior Community since that time in various positions. I worked at Myers mortuary for over 10 years specializing in pre-need funeral plans.
I have also served as a marketer for home care and hospice agencies. With having all of that experience and expertise in many areas of senior care, I felt that being an Insurance Agent and helping others to understand their Medicare was a perfect way to serve others. My elderly parents lived with me for 7 years and I am very aware of the many of challenges people face as they age. I have always had a passion for photography, so I have specialized in photos with seniors. I’m attaching a few fun shots below.
Back in 2012, while pumping gas into my car at the local 7-11, I saw a guy in the next bay over also fueling up and he was wearing this incredibly bright Gold Shirt. Being the outgoing person that I am and due to the fact that I love bright colors, I went over and introduced myself and asked what he did for a living. He introduced himself as Max Nichols and told me that he gets to help people with their Insurance and Medicare Insurance needs and that he loves it! We exchanged business cards and a few weeks later I reached out to him again and he showed me this amazing opportunity to help people. It is so wonderful for me to meet these people and I thrive on getting to know them and help them get things just right for them and their loved ones!
I have been married to my best friend for over 34 years and we have two children and five granddaughters. We love to take trips to Disneyland as a family and having fun together!
Hello, my name is Sarah – I have been a licensed agent since 2009 – My journey started when my brother-in-law Johnny moved to Utah from out of state and was needing new health insurance. My parents have been clients of Insurance SoluTNS for over a decade so I thought I would start there to see if they could help. I was very impressed with how they treated Johnny since he was hearing impaired, they were patient and kind working with his disability. Many places don’t take the time or effort to help those who truly have a need. These personal experiences has proven to me that this truly is a reputable company, they are here for the long haul and also have a personal investment in their clients. When I found that I could team up with them and also have a career helping people, this was truly a blessing for me and my family.
Throughout my professional career, I have always loved working with people. So working in the customer service and hospitality industry and eventually, gravitated to the non-profit industry. I was Involved in Event Planning and Fundraising for non-profits from Coat Drives to Wildlife. I assisted in many Utah events as the volunteer coordinator and expo planner – from the Ogden Marathon, Tour of Utah, Xterra National Championships and many more.
I like to look at the big picture – then see “like a puzzle” where adjustments maybe needed to run programs more efficiently or cost effective. As a result, I have increased profits in 100% of the companies that I have worked for while reducing costs. I am now bringing my knowledge and skills to assist my clients to make the best recommendation for their health care needs while saving money for them where possible. Giving them the best “Bang for their Buck” so to speak.
I graduated from Weber State University and have lived in Ogden, Utah since 2002. I have been married to my best friend and hubby since 2007, and we have one 4 legged child – named “Tinker”.
I was born in Canton, Ohio where I received my education at Kent State University and taught as an elementary school teacher. I moved to Utah in 1989 with my two sons, and found myself drawn to the funeral business. While this was a serious direction change, I found it was a service that brings me ample amounts of joy. It has been incredibly rewarding to meet and care for clients who have become dear friends. I feel as though my own family has grown as I assist other wonderful individuals and families plan their final arrangements, many of whom came to my wedding in 2007 and attended my husband’s funeral in 2009.
I have had the honor and opportunity as the Community Relations Director, to rally my region and provide Stockings for Soldiers and Christmas in July for our brave troops serving in the Middle East. It truly warmed my heart to lead our community in expressing appreciation for those overseas. I have worked with many wonderful Veterans in our community, and have such an intense gratitude for their service.
I am currently drawn to a new career with InsuranceSoluTNS.com. It has been very exciting working with a progressive team to provide this great community with Health Insurance needs. At the end of the day, serving others is the way I fill my life. I have two grandchildren who light up my life and two furry companions who make sure I get the exercise and unconditional love we are all looking for.
I have worked for InsuranceSoluTNS.com since it’s beginning in 2010 and have discovered what a roller coaster ride Medicare can be. It can be very tricky and clients are always grateful our team is here to clarify things and help them sort through the mess. We make sure our clients receive all the benefits available to them to ensure life is just a little better!
